Gagosian Shop accepts returns on most items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited editions, signed books, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gallery team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
